Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to provide clerical support to the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The Administrative Assistant duties include but are not limited to filing, data entry, calendar management, answering incoming calls, managing emails, preparing documents and presentations as needed. They are also required to research information for projects and reports when required. The successful candidate should also have the ability to organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent; any additional qualifications such as a university degree in business administration would be beneficial. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary and have excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. If the applicant has no prior experience in the field they should demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The position offers a salary of 900 AED per month along with other benefits such as health insurance coverage.
