Administrative Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire organization, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The job summary includes: providing excellent customer service; responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner; maintaining accurate records; processing orders; coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction; and creating reports as needed.
The role and responsibilities include: greeting visitors in a professional manner; answering phone calls and emails from customers; taking accurate phone messages when required; scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members; managing incoming mail; filing documents within the organization’s filing systems as needed, and ensuring that all documents are kept safe and secure.
The required skills and qualifications include: excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (preferably Arabic as well); strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other databases as needed; ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem solving. Immigrant status is preferred but not mandatory if applicant possess all other qualities mentioned above.
