We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in administrative roles. It is essential that they have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads, as well as demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant include:
• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Answering phone calls and forwarding messages
• Processing mail and other correspondence
• Maintaining filing systems
• Preparing reports, presentations and other documents
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Providing general administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
