Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support services in a timely and accurate manner. This includes but is not limited to managing office supplies, arranging meetings, preparing reports and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Requirements for the Candidate
We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role and must possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential, while knowledge of database management systems would be advantageous. Additionally, any prior experience with customer service would be beneficial.
We are willing to consider an immigrant candidate who has the right qualifications and experience for this role, as well as being able to demonstrate the necessary cultural understanding when dealing with customers from different backgrounds. A salary of AED 1800 per month will be offered to the right applicant along with other benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
