Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED. We are ready to consider an immigrant, who meets all requirements.
Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations and smooth functioning of the office. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff activities, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all paperwork and documents are properly filed. The Office Manager must also be able to develop systems that help streamline processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the Office Manager must be able to provide excellent customer service, handle any problems that may arise in the workplace, and help maintain positive work relationships among employees.
Requirements for the Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least two years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
