Office Assistant - El-Fujairah
We are looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in El-Fujairah. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails and other inquiries from customers
- Maintaining accurate records such as filing documents, updating databases, etc.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, etc.
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when needed
Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum one year of experience working in an office setting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask efficiently - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Previous customer service experience is a plus
