We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff, creating menu items, and overseeing food preparation to ensure high quality food is served to customers.
The successful candidate should have a passion for creating delicious dishes and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should also have experience in the culinary industry or other related fields. It is essential to possess strong organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, training kitchen staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, monitoring food quality and presentation, creating menus, developing new recipes, conducting taste tests for menu items, analyzing financial records such as cost of food versus revenue generated by the restaurant’s dishes.
