Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities will include answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies and other administrative duties as assigned. The Secretary will also be required to greet customers and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role, fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage), strong computer skills and the ability multitask with ease. Knowledge of office software such as MS Office is also essential.
