Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a qualified Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful individual will have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks and manage workloads.
The main responsibilities of the Secretary include providing administrative support to the team, organizing meetings and taking detailed minutes, managing emails and incoming calls, preparing documents and presentations, managing diaries and travel arrangements, liaising with clients or external organizations on behalf of the team, maintaining filing systems and databases as well as other office duties such as photocopying or scanning documents.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask; proficiency in MS Office applications; be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to work both independently and as part of a team; have strong time management skills; remain calm under pressure; demonstrate good judgement when dealing with confidential matters.
