Executive Chef in Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine, a passion for the culinary arts, and an eye for detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, developing and maintaining menus, training staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. They must have an in-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and superior organizational skills. The Executive Chef will be expected to manage cost control systems to ensure profitability, as well as managing staff schedules, inventory, resource allocation and other related duties.
To be considered for this position you must possess at least five years of experience as an executive chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel. You must also have experience leading a team in a professional kitchen setting. A genuine interest in cooking with the ability to think outside the box is a must. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work calmly under pressure. Working knowledge of health & safety regulations is essential; HACCP certification is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus other benefits associated with working in Dubai.
