We are currently looking to fill a Librarian position in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing library services, including overseeing the cataloging and circulation of library materials, as well as providing assistance to patrons.

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks and prioritize tasks based on need.

The ideal candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in Library Science or a related field and at least one year of experience in the field. Knowledge of library systems, technology, and digital collections is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be expected to help patrons find materials in the library, maintain library records, manage book loans and returns, assist with reference services, keep up with current events in the field through reading periodicals or attending professional workshops or conferences. In addition, they will help keep the library organized and clean by shelving books properly, dusting shelves and furniture, vacuuming carpets and floors, etc.

The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.
