Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced, organized and efficient secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff, managing daily office tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities and a good understanding of office procedures. A high level of computer literacy is necessary to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
The secretary will be expected to provide administrative support which includes preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies and providing general customer service. They will also be responsible for handling incoming calls, taking messages and distributing mail.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience as a secretary or assistant in an administrative role. An understanding of office etiquette is necessary for this position as well as a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks. We are also looking for someone with excellent organizational abilities who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
We welcome applications from immigrants who meet the criteria outlined above; however, fluency in Arabic is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 per month plus other benefits.
