Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Teacher to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of teaching experience and be ready to take on the challenge of being part of a fast-paced learning environment. The successful candidate should possess a passion for teaching, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to inspire students to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:
The Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment in which students can learn at their own pace. The Teacher will design lessons plans that are designed to meet the needs of all students while encouraging creativity and independent thinking. The Teacher will also be responsible for administering tests, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback to parents on student progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field as well as 1 year of teaching experience
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Must have effective communication skills with students, parents, colleagues, etc.
• Must demonstrate patience and understanding when dealing with challenging student behaviour
• Ability to motivate students and help them reach their goals
• Knowledgeable about current trends in education
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if needed
• Willingness to consider working with an immigrant is a plus
