Business Manager (Doha, Qatar)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Business Manager with a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, as well as providing financial oversight and support to our staff. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 and are open to considering an immigrant candidate.

Needs For The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in managing businesses, preferably in the Middle East. They should be knowledgeable about the various aspects of business management, including marketing, finance, operations and human resources. Moreover, they should possess strong organizational skills and be able to effectively communicate their ideas and plans with stakeholders both internally and externally.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Manager will be expected to manage all aspects of the business operations, from budgeting to staffing decisions. They will also need to ensure efficient utilization of resources while adhering to applicable regulations and company policies. Additionally, they may be called upon to help develop new strategies for growth or identify potential areas for improvement within existing processes. Other duties may include developing effective partnerships with vendors or suppliers, researching new opportunities for market expansion or diversification, conducting internal audits or assessments as required, overseeing financial records maintenance and reporting activities and providing guidance on legal matters when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
β€’ At least one year of experience managing businesses within the Middle East is preferred
β€’ Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Sound knowledge of accounting practices
β€’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
