Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage their own workload efficiently.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including answering phones, filing paperwork, ordering supplies and other general administrative duties. They will also be required to carry out clerical tasks such as preparing letters and emails, organizing files and documents and distributing mail as required. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will often provide customer service in person or over the phone.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a similar role, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work with minimal supervision is also essential. We are keen to consider an immigrant for this position and the salary offered is 1500 per month.
