Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling confidential documents. The position also entails coordinating meetings and events, ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems and organizing office operations. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be required to greet visitors and provide assistance with general inquiries.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational abilities. They must also be proficient in MS Office Suite and have the ability to work well under pressure. Lastly, the individual must have a working knowledge of office procedures as well as an understanding of customer service principles.
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred however relevant experience may suffice in lieu of this requirement. We welcome applications from immigrants who possess the necessary qualifications and are eligible to work in Abu-Dhabi.
