Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, aiding in daily operations, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, organizing documents, responding to emails and phone calls, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping. Additionally, you will be tasked with making travel arrangements on behalf of the office staff.
To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment or similar field. A strong sense of organization and time management are essential as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You will also need to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy in order to use our programs and databases efficiently.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering foreign applicants with valid work authorization documents who are willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi.
