Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills. This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer calls in a professional manner
• Ensure office is kept clean and tidy
• Sort mail, put away stationery supplies and order replenishments when needed
• Maintain office equipment as needed
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
• Process accounts payable/receivable invoices
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry etc.
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, reports etc.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
• Familiarity with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
