Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The main responsibilities of this role include providing general office support, answering telephones, taking messages or redirecting calls, filing documents and maintaining records, ordering supplies and equipment, data entry, preparing outgoing mail, managing calendars and meetings. In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Assistant may be asked to perform other duties when needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional way. They should be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Additionally, they should possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
