We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by optimizing product presentation across our retail stores and departments.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success. The candidate should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail merchandising procedures is also necessary.

The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser will be to analyze customer data in order to develop strategies that optimize product placement across all channels. This includes researching customer preferences, analyzing customer purchase patterns, developing promotional plans, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing inventory levels. In addition to this, the Merchandiser will also be responsible for setting up displays to maximize visibility and customer engagement as well as training store personnel on product features and benefits in order to drive sales growth. Finally, the Merchandiser will be expected to stay abreast of market trends in order to assess opportunities for new products or services.
