Job Responsibilities
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Assisting in administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing meetings, etc.
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory records
• Processing incoming mail and outgoing mail distribution
• Preparing reports on various topics using data from the company’s database
• Maintaining records of employee attendance
• Handling customer inquiries in person or over the phone
• Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company
