Office Assistant Job – Abu-Dhabi
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi? We are currently seeking an Office Assistant with a salary of 1000 to join our team. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, filing and data entry. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
• Greet visitors/clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels
• Maintain files, records, documents and other information in various formats (paper and electronic)
• Receive, sort mail/deliveries/couriers
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
• Prepare reports as requested by the supervisor
• Type documents such as correspondence, drafts etc.
• Other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional attitude and appearance • Ability to be resourceful for problem solving with strong analytical thinking • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment.
