Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi? We are currently seeking an Office Assistant with a salary of 1000 to join our team. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, filing and data entry. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
β’ Greet visitors/clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory levels
β’ Maintain files, records, documents and other information in various formats (paper and electronic)
β’ Receive, sort mail/deliveries/couriers
β’ Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
β’ Prepare reports as requested by the supervisor
β’ Type documents such as correspondence, drafts etc.
β’ Other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications & Skills:
β’ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
β’ Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
β’ Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong time management skills β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Professional attitude and appearance β’ Ability to be resourceful for problem solving with strong analytical thinking β’ Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment.
