We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle multiple tasks all at once.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes filing documents, managing incoming phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling travel arrangements and other duties as needed. The successful candidate must also be able to maintain accurate records in a timely manner and provide customer service support when needed.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working as an office assistant or a related field. Additionally, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required along with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 900 per month (or equivalent) plus benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time after a probation period is completed. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role if they meet all of the requirements listed above.
