Merchandiser - 1600 AED /month - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in merchandising and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As our Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the point of sale activity for our products across all channels. You will need to identify and capitalize on opportunities as well as create strategies to ensure store performance meets or exceeds set goals. You will also need to ensure that all product is placed appropriately within each store and that the visual elements complement each other in order to attract customers.

Job Responsibilities:
•Developing merchandise plans based on sales trends analysis
•Creating strategies to increase market share within each store
•Working closely with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations
•Conducting regular store visits in order to assess performance of merchandise selection, pricing and displays
•Ensuring accurate implementation of product placement according to planograms
•Maintaining positive relationships with store staff and vendors
