We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to develop, implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies for our company.
The requirements for the candidate are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, preferably in retail or a similar field;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The primary responsibilities of the Merchandiser include:
- Analyzing sales trends and developing merchandising strategies accordingly;
- Working with suppliers to ensure that products are available when needed;
- Representing our company at trade shows, fairs and events;
- Monitoring competitor’s activities and pricing strategies;
- Coordinating with vendors regarding product returns, damaged goods, etc.;
- Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.;
- Creating reports for management on sales performance.
The conditions of employment include a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month plus benefits. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who meet the necessary requirements.
