They must be able to create strategies, establish and maintain relationships with customers, develop customer service skills, monitor performance of the team, analyze data, and provide feedback to the team as needed.

The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable with multitasking in order to meet deadlines.
