Sommelier in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a talented and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine and possesses a keen eye for detail.

The main duties of the position include:
- Managing the wine list and cellar, ensuring that wines are stored properly and rotated regularly;
- Recommending wines to customers according to their preference, budget, and food pairings;
- Advising on food and wine pairings;
- Keeping up with industry trends;
- Creating menus with interesting and unique wines;
- Educating staff on the different types of wines available in the restaurant.

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills as well as extensive knowledge of wines from around the world. A diploma in Sommelier certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience working as a Sommelier or in a related field is highly recommended. Immigrants are welcome to apply. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED per month.
