Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, customer satisfaction, and profitability by creating and executing innovative strategies.

This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a restaurant setting, managing customer service operations, and leading a team of staff. The ideal candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.

The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Managing customer service operations including customer complaints, orders, reservations and payments;
-Ensuring that all staff complies with the restaurant’s policies and procedures;
-Developing marketing plans to promote the restaurant;
-Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed;
-Supervising recruitment processes for new staff;
-Organizing staff training programs;
-Creating weekly schedules for employees;
-Analyzing financial data and preparing budgets;
-Maintaining health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with at least two years of experience in the restaurant industry. We are also open to consider immigrants who may not have worked in the industry before but possess excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month.
