Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary for our Doha office. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and possess great communication skills both written and verbal. The role will involve providing administrative assistance, data entry, managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails, maintaining filing systems and managing diaries.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role as well as knowledge of office management procedures and general office software, such as Microsoft Office. We are looking for a professional who is willing to take on additional tasks with enthusiasm and complete them efficiently and accurately.
The successful candidate will be expected to speak English fluently, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients in a professional manner. Experience working with an immigrant would be beneficial for this role.
