Secretary in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing incoming and outgoing communication, organizing meetings and events, and liaising with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, be proficient in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, have great organizational abilities, and be able to multitask. Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is highly desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines. They should also have strong interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month and we are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants or have no prior experience. If you believe you meet our requirements then we look forward to hearing from you!
