Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and professional Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in order to ensure that our office operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. He/she must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Providing administrative support to management
• Preparing documents, reports, memos and letters
• Handling phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining calendars of events
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of two years’ experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. The salary for this position is 1600 QAR per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreign nationals who meet the required criteria for this position.
