Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a motivated, proactive and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and efficient professional who is able to provide administrative support to the team in an accurate and timely manner. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other departments, and demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner, take accurate messages and forward them appropriately
• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct person/department
• Maintain filing systems for department records
• Schedule appointments as needed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required
• Type reports, memos, letters and other documents as needed
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an office environment as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities both verbally and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments as required
