We are seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and have the chance to create a unique dining experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate must have an exceptional ability to lead, manage and motivate their team. They must have an excellent understanding of cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as an eye for detail when it comes to presentation.
The successful applicant will be offered a salary of 1600 monthly and we are willing to consider candidates from abroad.
Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating a unique dining experience for guests. They will ensure that the highest quality ingredients are used in all dishes, while monitoring costs and ensuring profitability in the kitchen operations. The chef will also be responsible for managing their team of chefs, sous chefs, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff members effectively.
Needed Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fine dining restaurants
• Demonstrated culinary skills with extensive knowledge of international cuisines
• Proven leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Create menus that are exciting yet cost-effective • Monitor ordering of supplies while keeping track of all costs associated with running the kitchen • Manage staff effectively while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness in the kitchen area • Develop new recipes while researching new techniques and trends in cuisine • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
