We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality culinary experience for our guests. The Executive Chef will work closely with the management team to create menus and ensure that all food served meets the company’s standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be capable of working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations including menu planning, food preparation, kitchen staff management, ordering supplies and maintaining food safety standards. You will create innovative dishes that utilize local ingredients while adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation. As part of your duties you will manage a team of cooks and sous chefs while ensuring that all recipes are prepared correctly according to company specifications. Additionally, you will be expected to train new staff members on proper safety and sanitation procedures while maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a professional kitchen setting; excellent knowledge of food safety regulations; strong leadership skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving skills; proficiency in English language; ability to delegate tasks effectively; strong attention to detail; extensive knowledge of international cuisines; creative cooking abilities; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; familiarity with computer programs related to food preparation. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skill set for this role.
