We are looking for an experienced, organized and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with a diverse pool of colleagues and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring goals are achieved within the team. The Business Manager will lead in developing strategies for success, setting objectives, improving processes, and managing projects. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders from all areas of the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to success

Job Description:
The Business Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day business operations of our company in Doha. This role requires working closely with other departments to ensure goals are met within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve existing processes while developing innovative strategies that will help take our company's performance to the next level. Specific responsibilities include:

• Developing strategies with senior management that will increase efficiency across departments
• Overseeing financial matters such as budgeting, cost analysis, payroll preparation, invoicing etc.
• Creating reports on performance metrics for internal review • Liaising with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers etc. • Monitoring compliance with local laws & regulations • Supervising staff & providing guidance when needed
