Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organization, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Demands for the Candidate
We are looking for an individual with a positive work ethic who is able to maintain professionalism at all times. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized with great attention to detail, possess strong problem-solving skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, and have the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant’s primary duties include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to the team, managing daily office operations such as answering phones, filing documents and managing database entries; scheduling meetings; preparing reports; organizing events such as conferences; ordering supplies; handling travel arrangements; processing invoices; maintaining records; responding to customer inquiries; and other clerical duties as assigned.
