Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of administrative experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who are eligible to work in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, arranging travel and accommodation, creating reports, calendar management, and providing general assistance to colleagues. They will also be expected to greet visitors, answer incoming calls and emails, as well as perform other clerical duties as assigned.
The ideal Administrative Assistant should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They should have exemplary organizational skills and must demonstrate excellent communication skills. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for this role.
To be considered for this role candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least three years’ experience working in an administrative role. They should also possess exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service mentality.
We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this position.
