Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a professional Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Office Manager will manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files and documents, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have excellent communication skills, as they will need to interact with clients on a regular basis.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in the UAE or a similar region. Fluency in English is required, as well as an understanding of local laws and regulations. We are willing to consider candidates from outside of the UAE who can demonstrate their ability to work within the local environment.
The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary package of AED 1600 per month plus other benefits including health insurance, visa assistance and access to company facilities such as gym memberships.
