Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. They should also be able to multi-task and switch between tasks quickly.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to the management team. They will also be expected to liaise with external vendors, as well as organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and documents. Furthermore, they will serve as the point of contact for all inquiries related to the office and its operations.
The successful candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an office environment. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a good eye for detail when it comes to paperwork.
We are offering a competitive salary of 900 AED per month for the position plus other benefits such as medical insurance, paid leave days, etc., which will be discussed during the interview process.
