Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented. They should have excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.
The Administrative Assistant’s primary duties include managing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain confidentiality of all documents and any other highly sensitive information they may come into contact with.
The ideal candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential for success in this role.
We are willing to consider candidates from abroad who can demonstrate their commitment to the role and their ability to relocate quickly and easily. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700 per month plus benefits commensurate with experience.
