We are looking for an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff members and executives by performing a variety of duties such as providing customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and documents, answering phones, maintaining calendars, managing databases and filing systems, making travel arrangements and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational abilities. He or she must be able to prioritize tasks with varying deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must be computer proficient with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience using data entry software.

Experience Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones and provide information about company services or direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Greet visitors; provide general information regarding company services or direct visitors to appropriate personnel
• Respond to emails from customers or staff members in a timely manner
• Prepare reports; manage databases; create spreadsheets; process invoices; maintain filing systems; complete data entry tasks; update calendars with meeting times and reminders for staff members or executives
• Assist with scheduling appointments; arrange travel plans for staff members or executives; manage expense reports

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Abu Dhabi with salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreigners for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work during regular business hours however some overtime may be required depending on workloads.
