Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to provide administrative support to the team and handle a variety of tasks related to the organization’s operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, great customer service skills, and a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who meet the qualifications.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be able to obtain government clearances if necessary
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
