Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our Abu-Dhabi team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and the coordination of administrative duties. The Office Manager will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the office run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, maintaining records and databases, organizing meetings and events, liaising with stakeholders and clients, providing customer service, resolving any issues that may arise, ordering supplies as needed, organizing travel arrangements for staff members as necessary, coordinating payroll activities and providing general support to all departments in the office.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field along with at least two years of relevant work experience in an office setting. Additionally they should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in their work. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferences:
Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is desirable but not essential. We are open to considering immigrants for this role so candidates who already possess valid visas or permits to work in Abu Dhabi will be given preference over those who do not currently have such documentation.
