Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an organized and dedicated Office Manager to join our team and support the success of our business in Abu-Dhabi. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to staff members, as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing office supplies, handling customer inquiries, preparing documents and reports, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure seamless administrative operations
• Maintain filing systems in order to keep the office organized
• Provide clerical assistance such as typing or data entry tasks
• Ensure that all necessary equipment is available for day-to-day operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team
Requirements:
• High school diploma; degree in Office Administration or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Compensation & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1100 per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who meet all the requirements stated above.
