Office Manager Position - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Office Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating office activities, developing efficient office procedures, ensuring effective communication within the organization, and providing top-notch customer service to clients and customers. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, managing spreadsheets and databases, maintaining records, processing invoices/bills, coordinating meetings/events etc.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies/regulations and health & safety standards
• Managing personnel including recruitment/interviewing/training/orientation of new staff
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and customers
• Developing plans for office efficiency through improved workflow management
• Handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. Furthermore they should possess:
• Experience in a similar role within an office environment (preferred but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving skills
