We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month, and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and carrying out general duties related to office management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing an office efficiently and effectively.
The main responsibilities will include:
• Greeting visitors in a professional manner
• Answering calls and responding to emails
• Organizing files and records
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing calendars, making travel arrangements and organizing meetings
• Ordering supplies and maintaining the office environment
• Filing documents electronically or manually according to established procedures
• Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or related role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication abilities (oral & written) in English • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines • Reliable transportation
