Office assistant in Bani Yas City, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office staff.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy while working under pressure. They should also be comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office and be able to learn new applications quickly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, data entry, assisting with special projects, and providing general assistance to the office staff. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of other software programs is an asset
• Flexible, reliable and hardworking attitude
We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month along with other benefits. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the qualifications listed above.
