Office Assistant
We are looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a busy office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to the office
•Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
•Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
•Perform data entry tasks such as entering customer information into databases
•Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
•Organize office supplies and equipment as needed
•Greet visitors warmly and make sure they feel welcome in the office
•Assist with various projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
•Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
•Knowledge of basic office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners etc.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•Immigrant status is welcomed
