Executive Chef
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen, leading a team of professional chefs to produce high-quality meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
The Executive Chef will be expected to develop innovative menus, maintain food safety standards, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills with a passion for cooking.
Job Description
• Create menus that meet the needs of our guests while maximizing profits
• Train, motivate and supervise chefs and other kitchen staff
• Ensure food safety compliance according to health regulations
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop new dishes or improve existing recipes
• Work with restaurant managers to plan promotions and special events
• Analyze recipes to determine labor costs or create cost-effective menus
• Control food waste by monitoring portion sizes

Skills & Experience Required:
• 5+ years’ professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated success in menu planning, development, cost control, quality assurance, sanitation & safety standards & recipe development/improvement
• Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines & budgets
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine & menu items
