We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire team, including answering and directing telephone calls, preparing documents and reports, managing filing systems, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and other general office tasks.
The successful candidate should be organized, meticulous in their work and able to handle multiple tasks at once. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
We are offering an attractive salary of 1600 per month for this position. We are open to considering applicants from outside of Abu Dhabi who wish to immigrate.
